Flex & Focus
Flex and Focus is a foundational strength and movement class designed to help youth learn how their bodies work before being asked to push them.
In this class, participants build a strong physical base by developing balance, stability, coordination, and body awareness. Rather than focusing on lifting weight, Flex and Focus emphasizes proper alignment, controlled movement, and the intrinsic systems that support strength — such as posture, breath, core engagement, and joint stability.
Flex and Focus lays the groundwork for all future physical training within Club Impact, teaching youth that true strength begins with awareness, control, and intention.
Grind & Grit
Grind & Grit is a high-energy, circuit-style group training class designed to build strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
Participants move through timed exercise stations in a structured circuit, training in intervals that challenge both the body and focus. Each round emphasizes full-body strength, stamina, and consistency, helping youth learn how to work through effort, manage fatigue, and stay engaged under challenge.
This class is about more than intensity — it teaches discipline, resilience, and the ability to keep going with purpose.
Power Surge
Power Surge is a high-intensity, strength-focused training class designed to help youth build full-body strength and see measurable progress in their performance.
This class emphasizes controlled lifting, strength conditioning, and intentional effort using increased resistance and structured movement patterns. Participants train through focused sets that challenge strength, coordination, and endurance while maintaining proper form and body awareness.
Power Surge supports youth in developing physical power, confidence, and consistency — helping them recognize how disciplined training translates into visible strength gains and improved performance over time.

Mindful Me
Mindful Me is a recovery-focused movement class centered on mobility, core strength & Stretching.
Participants engage in guided deep stretching, flow movement, and core strength that help restore mental and physical training capacity. This class emphasizes proper movement, breath awareness, and endurance to support how the body feels and functions over time.
Mindful Me teaches youth the importance of mobility and recovery as part of an active lifestyle, helping reduce injury risk while strengthening the body in a calm, focused environment.
This class plays a vital role in supporting long-term physical health within Club Impact, reinforcing that strength also comes from care, awareness, and rest.
